SportStatNow is a small, independent site built by one person (see About). These terms exist to be fair and clear, not to bury you in fine print — but they're still the legal agreement that governs your use of the site.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SportStatNow (sportstatnow.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

SportStatNow provides free sports stat calculators for informational purposes only. Tool outputs are based on documented statistical formulas and the inputs you provide; they are not a substitute for official league statistics, coaching decisions, or professional judgment.

Accuracy of calculators

Every calculator on SportStatNow is built from a documented formula and a cited source (see each tool's methodology section), and we test the math carefully. But a result is only as good as the inputs you provide, and official league or governing-body statistics can apply additional rules, corrections, or context that a self-serve calculator can't account for. Don't treat any output as an official statistic of record — verify against the relevant league or organization when it matters, and let us know if you spot a formula that looks wrong.

Children's use

SportStatNow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No warranty

The content on SportStatNow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site is error-free, that outputs are accurate for every input, or that the site will be uninterrupted or available at all times. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportStatNow and its operators disclaim all liability for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of SportStatNow are owned by SportStatNow and its operators, except where credited to an original source. You may use the site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce or republish SportStatNow content without permission.

Updates to this site and these terms

We may update the site over time. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the site after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and SportStatNow regarding use of the site, and supersede any prior understandings on the subject.
